Defective Cookbooks:
In the rare event that you inadvertently receive a defective cookbook. Save the original package and contact us immediately. In turn we will notify the publisher's warehouse who will issue a call tag to pick up the defective cookbook. You must give us your name, address, a daytime phone number, and hours during the day that FedEx can bring a label to add to the package to return the package to the publisher's warehouse.

Upon receipt of the cookbook the warehouse management will inspect the book for damage an then determine whether to issue credit or exchange book.
