If after a reasonable period of time your package has not arrived please Contact Us and we will ask the shipper to track your package.
If it is found that it has not been delivered to you we will work with the shipper to locate your package.
If the tracking report shows that the package was delivered to the address that you gave us, you must contact the your local Post Office and tell them that you did not get the package, and file a claim / complaint with them.
Sorry, but no refunds will be issued on lost packages.
All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point and become the property of the receiver upon being turned over to the carrier (US Postal Service).
Please be advised that we are not responsible for packages in transit. We have no control over the package while it is in transit.
