We think you will be happy with the products you order from us. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied. We will gladly refund your full purchase price under the following conditions.
- 1. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon
receipt. If you find your purchase to be defective, and wish to exchange the item, you must contact Able Marketing at once to obtain an authorization to return the merchandise and instructions where to send the return package.
- The manufacturer's time limit for returns is 15 days from date of delivery. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
- 2. Remember you must contact Able Marketing for approval and return instructions before returning the item (Please indicate the reason for the return).
- 3. Returns for refund or replacement must be received within 15 days from the day you receive them.
- 4. Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can not refund your purchase price if the item is not received. Therefore, you may want to insure your return, we can not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
- 5. Your refund will be issued after your item has been returned. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your credit card billing statement. If you paid using PayPal your refund will come by way of PayPal.
- ORIGINAL & RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Buyer is responsible for original postage, return postage and any handling or restocking fees the manufacturer imposes.
- Able Marketing reserves the right to refuse credit or acceptance of an return if it is not in it's original condition, has been mistreated, or has been used for any period of time.
- No COD returns will be accepted.
