Precious Moments Valance - Window Treatments
The Precious Moments Valance is 65” or 105" wide and 16” long, with an extra 1.5” ruffled part above the curtain rod.
The Precious Moments fabric is 100% Cotton and can be washed in cold water and dried on a low setting.
RUFFLED VALANCES
A valance looks best when it is at least 2 times or more the actual width of the window. If your window is 50" wide, you need at least 100". However, you can choose to have 5 to 10" minus or plus actual WIDTH inches. Select the valance size based on how tight of a ruffled look you want.
EXAMPLE
:If your window is 35" wide, a 60, 70 or 80" valance will work. Based on a 35" wide window, the following are descriptions of how your valances will look based on the size you select:
60" - A looser ruffle, shows more of the fabric pattern.
70" - A tight ruffle, still shows the fabric pattern very nicely. (BEST CHOICE)
80" - A tighter ruffle, shows just a little less of the fabric pattern
(Some people prefer a tighter/very gathered looking ruffle)
