4. FAQ: What is the best method
for shipping the camping equipment I want to purchase?
Answer: Generally,
UPS® Ground is the most efficient and economical. The vast majority of items
we carry will be shipped using these methods.
5. FAQ: Do you accept checks?
Answer: PACKNcamp.com
will gladly accept checks, both business and personal. Please see (line 6) of
Ordering Rules by clicking the Ordering button at the left of the page at the
bottom of the navigational links.
6. FAQ: What forms of payment do
you accept?
Answer: PACKNcamp.com
accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit card. We also
accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal and business checks as
outlined by the ordering procedure's terms.
7. FAQ: How soon can I expect
delivery of my order?
Answer: PACKNcamp processes Sunday thru Thursday orders within 24 hours and Friday and Saturday orders, Monday morning. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days and be in transit an additional 2 to 4 business days. Texsport products are the exception and may take 5 to 10 business days, total. (Our distribution centers and shipper/carrier services are closed on Saturday and Sunday.) The approximate turnaround time from order placement to doorstep delivery on in-stock items is 5 business days (Texsport 5-10 business days). We recommend you place your order no later than Thursday morning to receive delivery before the following week's, weekend. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message stating the delivery time of "5 to 10 business days" which is longer than the actual average delivery time of 5 business days. Delivery times are subject to a variety of influencing factors such as location, availability, order time, weather, and other unforseen delays which makes it impossible to guarantee delivery times.
Special order items and backorders may extend the receiving period to 14 to 21 days. Customers will be notified of delays and receive a shipping confirmation before backordered products are shipped.
8. FAQ: Does PACKNcamp ship
internationally?
Answer: PACKNcamp has
standard shipping to all 48 contiguous US states. Special shipping
arrangements are needed for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, there
is no international shipping.
9. FAQ: How can I save on
shipping?
