2. Orders will be entered in to the PACKNcamp order system, processed for warehouse picking, and shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the item and/or destination. For example, some Military addresses will be shipped USPS, as well as an order for a pocket knife.

3. An Order Confirmation Form will be emailed as each order is processed. Tracking number will be posted to the ORDER TRACKING page on the same day the order is shipped. By entering an Order Number in the tracking form, the Order Status and Tracking will be displayed.

4. Receipts will reflect Total charged, including shipping, handling, and other charges or discounts applied when order was placed. The receipt will also show: Quantity, Description, Item Number, Price, Sub-Total, Total, Shipping Destination, Payment Information, and customer comment.

5. All payments are to: CHK Marketing LLC - DBA-PACKNcamp.com.

6. All orders are processed with the goal to have the product at your doorstep within 5 -10 business days, if not sooner. Standard shipping times average period, from shipping center to customer's address, may range from 2 to 5 business days.

PACKNcamp processes Sunday thru Thursday orders within 24 hours and Friday and Saturday orders, Monday morning. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days and be in transit an additional 2 to 4 business days. Texsport products are the exception and may take 5 to 10 business days, total. (Our distribution centers and shipper/carrier services are closed on Saturday and Sunday.) The approximate turnaround time from order placement to doorstep delivery on in-stock items is 5 business days (Texsport 5-10 business days). We recommend you place your order no later than Thursday morning to receive delivery before the following week's, weekend. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message stating the delivery time of "5 to 10 business days" which is longer than the actual average delivery time of 5 business days. Delivery times are subject to a variety of influencing factors such as location, availability, order time, weather, and other unforseen delays which makes it impossible to guarantee delivery times.

Backorders, out of stocks, and manufacturing delays may occur and will extend this period until the product becomes available. Backorder notices are not sent if the product is marked for availability beyond the date of purchase. A backorder can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the order is shipped.
