Ordering Information
1. Submit your orders through the PACKNcamp.com Shopping Cart,
or place orders TOLL FREE at 1-866-722-9431. Please have the item number,
quantity, and description of the products you are ordering. In addition to
your Payment information, have the location of the shipping destination: Name,
Address, City, St, Zip.
2. Orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the item
and/or destination.
3. An Order Confirmation Form will be emailed as each order is processed. When
tracking numbers are available orders may be tracked by entering an Order
Number in the tracking form. The Order Status and Tracking will be displayed.
Orders may be shipped before the tracking number is posted or vise-versa. The
tracking information may display, "Billing Information Received..." which is
to say that the electronic transmission of the shipment details have been sent
to the carrier and a label has been created, but the carrier may not actually
have possession of the package. Once the carrier scans the package for pickup,
the tracking locations are recorded and displayed.
4. Receipts will reflect Total charged, including shipping, handling, and
other charges or discounts applied when order was placed. The receipt will
also show: Quantity, Description, Item Number, Price, Sub-Total, Total,
Shipping Destination, Payment Information, and customer comment.
5. All online payments are to: CHK Marketing LLC - DBA-PACKNcamp.com. Your
credit card statement will show CHK Marketing as the payee.
6. All orders are processed with the goal to have the product at your doorstep
within 5 - 10 business days, if not sooner. Standard shipping time's average
period, from shipping center to customer's address, may range from 3 to 5
business days excluding Alaska, and Hawaii.
Extra shipping charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii locations. (NO FREE SHIPPING
TO ALASKA AND HAWAII)
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days not including the
order day and be in transit an additional 2 to 5 business days. The
approximate turnaround time from order placement to doorstep delivery on
in-stock items is 5-10 business days. Delivery times are subject to a variety
of influencing factors such as location, availability, order time, weather,
and other unforseen delays which makes it impossible to guarantee delivery
times. If your order is time sensitive, please include in the comment section
of the shipping form a request for approximate delivery time (I need by
??/??/????). If your deadline is not obtainable, we will contact you. Please
allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
Backorders, out of stocks, and manufacturing delays may occur and may extend
this period from 4 to 8 weeks or until the product becomes available.
Backorder notices are not sent if the product is marked for availability
beyond the date of purchase. A backorder can be cancelled for a full refund
any time before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, the
