For each visitor to our Web page,
our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or
e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us
via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit,
user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and
information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or
site registrations.
The information we collect is used
for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our
Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for
individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our

Terms of Use Statement
You understand and agree that the
owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for
loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this
site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the
use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of
the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their
intended use.
Delivery TimesPACKNcamp processes Sunday thru Thursday orders within 24 hours and Friday and Saturday orders, Monday morning. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days and be in transit an additional 2 to 4 business days. Texsport products are the exception and may take 5 to 10 business days, total. (Our distribution centers and shipper/carrier services are closed on Saturday and Sunday.) The approximate turnaround time from order placement to doorstep delivery on in-stock items is 5 business days (Texsport 5-10 business days). We recommend you place your order no later than Thursday morning to receive delivery before the following week's, weekend. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message stating the delivery time of "5 to 10 business days" which is longer than the actual average delivery time of 5 business days. Delivery times are subject to a variety of influencing factors such as location, availability, order time, weather, and other unforseen delays which makes it impossible to guarantee delivery times. If your order is time sensitive, please include in the comment section of the shipping form a request for approximate delivery time (When can I expect delivery? OR, I need by ??/??/????)
Section 1: TERMS OF SALE
Orders
through PACKNcamp.com must be paid for at time of purchase. Payments may be
made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. All shipping costs
will be included in the charge amount at time of purchase. Large quantity
purchases may be considered for other means of payment.
Section 2: PRICING
All
pricing is subject to change without notice. PACKNcamp reserves the right to
correct pricing do to printing errors, ommisions, or data entry errors. All
sales are final except as outlined in section 3.
Section 3: RETURN POLICY
Customers
wishing to return merchandise must first email PACKNcamp with details of the
return request. At that point and if applicable a Return Authorization (RA)
number will be issued and sent to the customer. RA numbers are valid for 21
days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 21 days of ship
date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

restocking fees at its own discretion. **
Defective products are eligible
for manufacturer replacement within 21 days of purchase date. Replacements
will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at
PACKNcamp's expense. (NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT RA* NUMBER) Return shipping
on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of
the item. Returns should be sent to destination approved by PACKNcamp.com.
Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief
description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the
original packaging. PACKNcamp
is not responsible for any item not received at the warehouse. Allow 7-10
business days for processing returns. PACKNcamp DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS.

Section 4: BACKORDERS
All
in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed
on backorder and customer will be notified. All backorder items will be
shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period exceeds
21 days, PACKNcamp.com will notify customer of the additional delay - estimate
delivery date if possible - and reconfirm order. Backorders are shipped at
prices in effect when the item was ordered.
Section 5: CANCELLATIONS
All
orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to
shipping. (Orders are shipped when shipping labels and tracking numbers have
been generated). Cancellations must be made by email or fax. Once the item(s)
are shipped, additional fees may apply - following the RA guidelines listed
above - if the order is returned.
Section 6: SHIPPING FEES
Ground
shipments are generally sent via UPS. Customer may specify shipment service
(i.e. ground, 1-day air), but PACKNcamp
will select the carrier. Customer pays for all shipping & handling at the time
of purchase. Daily cutoff time for all shipments is 9:00 a.m., Eastern
Standard Time. PACKNcamp does not ship internationally. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Products shipped will be delivered
to or dropped off at the address purchaser has submitted as the delivery
address at time of purchase. If no one is at the location of delivery, the
product will be left at the doorstep. PACKNcamp.com is not responsible for
lost or stolen packages once the product has been delivered by the carrier.
Section 7: WARRANTY
All
warranties for products purchased through PACKNcamp Outdoor Supply are the
responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and
questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the
manufacturers. In the event that the product is a health related device or
nutritional supplement, all information contained on the Web site, including
information relating to medical and health conditions, products and
treatments, is for informational purposes only. The information on the PACKNcamp.com
Web site, or information provided by the manufacturers of the products, or
information on product packaging or labels is not meant to be a substitute for
the advice of a physician or other medical professional and should not be used
for prescribing a medication or diagnosing a health problem. Statements
regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug
Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any
disease.
Section 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under
no circumstances shall PACKNcamp.com or any other party involved in creating,
distributing, or supplying products for PACKNcamp.com be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result
from products purchased from PACKNcamp.com. You hereby acknowledge that this
paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available
through the Web site. In the event that your state does not allow the
exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability is
limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
