For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us

site registrations.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for
loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this
site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the
use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of
the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their
intended use.
Delivery Times
Most orders
will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days not including the order day and be
in transit an additional 2 to 5 business days. The approximate turnaround time
from order placement to doorstep delivery on in-stock items is 5-10 business
days (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery times are subject to a variety of
influencing factors such as location, availability, order time, weather, and
other unforseen delays which makes it impossible to guarantee delivery times.
If your order is time sensitive, please include in the comment section of the
shipping form a request for approximate delivery time (I need by ??/??/????).
If your deadline is not obtainable, we will contact you. Please allow 5 to 10
business days for delivery of in stock items.
Extra shipping charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii. (NO FREE
SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII)
Section 1: TERMS OF SALE
Orders through PACKNcamp.com must
be paid for at time of purchase. Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, or Discover. All shipping costs will be included in the
charge amount at time of purchase.
Section 2: PRICING
All
pricing is subject to change without notice. PACKNcamp reserves the right to
correct pricing do to printing errors, ommisions, or data entry errors. All
sales are final except as outlined in section 3.
Section 3: RETURN POLICY
Customers wishing to return
merchandise must first email PACKNcamp with details of the return request. If
the return is for a manufacturer defect, the customer may be directed to make
a warranty claim for replacement parts or product replacement with the
manufacture. If the return request is for damage upon receipt, the claim must
be made within 3 days of delivery date. A Return Authorization (RA) number
will be issued and sent to the customer according to the following schedule
and valid according to these terms. Returns and restocking fees will be

Wenzel Tents
Wenzel
tents manufactured since 2000 carry a 10-year Manufacturer's Warranty against
defects in materials and workmanship for the verified original purchaser only.
This warranty does not cover damage for wear & tear, abuse, weather damage,
improper use or alteration and it is the sole express warranty relating to the
Wenzel product. It gives you, the original purchaser, specific legal rights.
You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If you
experience a manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship, call
1-800-325-8368 to receive return authorization from Wenzel consumer service.
If, after inspection, it is determined that the product is defective, Wenzel
will repair or replace it with another tent of equal value free of charge and
without unnecessary delay.

Texsport Arbors Usage Statement
Product
Safety: Keep all flame and heat sources away from the arbor fabric. Do not
operate any device which burns fuel under the arbors.
Product
care: Ultraviolet(UV)
rays are an invisible part of sunlight and can be harmful. Sunburn, peeling
paint and faded window curtains are all caused by UV rays. Arbor fabric is
also sensitive to UV rays. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause the fibers
to fade, breakdown, and eventually disintegrate. The Texsport arbors will last
longer if you limit its exposure to UV rays. Try to pitch the arbor in an area
where UV ray intesity is low. Do not leave the arbor up longer than necessary
after each use. Texsport arbors are not designed for use in thunderstorms or
heavy winds. Using the arbors in these conditions may result in damage to the
frame structure or fabric. With proper use and care, these portable shelters
can provide years of enjoyable camping and backyard dining.

Please send in any warranty
registrations once you receive your product.
All
products are carefully inspected before shipping. Please inspect your package
upon delivery and contact us immediately to report any damaged or defective
merchandise. Claims for defective merchandise upon receipt must be made within
3 days of delivery. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt, inspection, and
sustantiation of defective merchandise according to each manufacturers
warranty replacement processing time. All unused products may be returned
within 30 days of order date with applicable restocking fees and shipping
costs applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned products must be
in orginal packing containers, unsoiled and unused(have no evidence of use),
and contain all paperwork including receipt/packing slip, warranty cards and
setup or operating instructions. Returns should be sent to destination
approved by PACKNcamp.com or the manufacturer. Packages must have RA number
written visibly on shipping box. No returns accepted without return
authorization number. All items being returned for restocking must be returned
in the original packaging and include all original and undamaged contents. Due
to health and hygienic concerns, we do not accept returns on bedding products.
Manufacture warranties may not cover damage resulting from improper use,
normal wear and tear, fading, weather damage, misuse, or otherwise improper
care. PACKNcamp and our manufacturers reserve the right to evaluate product
return condition, ligitimacy of claim, and assess restocking fees at its own
discretion.

Section 4: BACKORDERS
All in-stock items are shipped
within 1 to 3 business days not including the order day and out-of-stock items
will be placed on backorder and customer will be notified. All backorder items
will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period
exceeds 30 days, PACKNcamp.com will notify customer of the additional delay -
estimate delivery date if possible - and reconfirm order. Backorders are
shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.
Section 5: PRE ORDER ONLY, Items
Items marked Pre Order Only
are not currently in stock and may take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. Pre Order
Only items must be paid for at order date and can be cancelled within 14 days
of order date. After 14 days, we may charge a small refund fee to cancel your.
Once Pre Order Only items have shipped, the above return schedule and terms
apply. No backorder notices are sent on orders for Pre Order Only products.
Section 6: CANCELLATIONS
All orders (including backorders)
may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must
be made by email. Once the item(s) are shipped, the cancellation is considered
a return request and is subject to the Return Policy guidelines listed above.
Section 7: SHIPPING & FEES
Ground shipments are generally
sent via FedEx or UPS. Smaller, lightweight items that will fit in a mailbox
may often be shipped US Postal Service. PACKNcamp may change the shipping
method and carrier based on product(s) ordered. Customer pays for all shipping
& handling at the time of purchase with the exception of address corrections
and returns. Only military and pre-authorized shipping addresses may ship to
PO boxes. PACKNcamp does not ship internationally. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
All address corrections will be charged an
additional $15.00. This occurs when the shipping company is unable to locate
the address or an address correction is made in order to deliver the package
to the correct destination. To avoid address correction fees, your address
must be recongnized by UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service. Any
undeliverable packages will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus all shipping
expenses incurred with delivery and return.
Products shipped will be delivered to or dropped
off at the location purchaser has submitted as the shipping address at time of
purchase. If no one is at the location of delivery, the product will be left
at the doorstep unless the customer has specified a preferred area for package
placement (I.E, carport, side entrance). PACKNcamp.com is not responsible for
lost or stolen packages once the product has been delivered by the carrier.
You the customer are responsible for securing the package once the
driver/carrier/shipper/Postal worker has left the delivery location.
Section 8: WARRANTY
All warranties for products
purchased through PACKNcamp Outdoor Supply are the responsibility of the
respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and questions concerning product
warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers. In the event
that the product is a health related device or nutritional supplement, all
information contained on the Web site, including information relating to
medical and health conditions, products and treatments, is for informational
purposes only. The information on the PACKNcamp.com Web site, or information
provided by the manufacturers of the products, or information on product
packaging or labels is not meant to be a substitute for the advice of a
physician or other medical professional and should not be used for prescribing
a medication or diagnosing a health problem. Statements regarding dietary
supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and
are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Section 9: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All product descriptions are a
fair representation of the product's features, benefits, and specifications
but do not necessarily meet exact definitions as some opinions and estimates
are made. Under no circumstances shall PACKNcamp.com or any other party
involved in creating, distributing, or supplying products for PACKNcamp.com be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
that result from products purchased from PACKNcamp.com. You hereby acknowledge
that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services
available through the Web site. In the event that your state does not allow
the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability
is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
