How The Home Page Is Arranged
The home page or “Welcome” has 3 main sections: the Menu (left side) the Body (middle of the page) and the Browse and Search bar (top of the page).

Menu
The Menu on the left side of the page contains links to items of general interest, such as what we have on sale, the latest new offerings, shipping information; mostly administrative information.

Body
The Body of the page contains information on some of the products we offer and several kinds of links to make your shopping easier.

If you want to shop by manufacturer, use the links at the top of the section to immediately go to the main page of that manufacturer.

If you prefer to shop by product, the second set of links will take you to the main product categories, such as Quilts, Tabletop etc. To shop by theme, such as Patriotic Quilts or Urban Quilts, consult the browse drop down menu.

Browse
On the right hand side of the blue bar at the top of the screen, is the “Browse” menu. Click on the drop down to see a list of themes you may wish to use to narrow your search. Only the Quilts for each theme are shown on these pages. Accessories, such as corresponding dust ruffles or shams…even tabletop items, can be found on the appropriate accessory menu, although many such items can be ordered without the quilt from the quilt product itself. The Browse menu items are only a cross-section of the many quilts available in these categories. We have attempted to place each in a logical category, but you will find many other quilts in our store. If you have not found the quilt you want in these sections, don’t stop there. You can always contact our expert staff for more suggestions.

Search
The search field is especially helpful if you know the name or product number of the item you are looking for. However, it is pretty much an exact match field. Misspellings, partial names or inexact product numbers might yield some unpredictable results. For example if the product number is CF89085-2727, typing in 89085 may not produce a result. On the other hand, if you type in the name Wakefield, you will see not only the Wakefield product, but also any other product that may have Wakefield in the description or as a reference. If you Type in Wakefield Quilt…. this is the only product that will be displayed. The number of total items for your reference is shown. The page displays 20 listings at a time. If you don’t see the product you are searching for, use the Previous/Next links at the top to display more results.

Searching By Manufacturer
When you click on a link to a specific manufacturer on the main page, you are first taken to that manufacturer’s main page. Generally this will contain some information about the manufacturer followed by links to the specific product groupings the manufacturer produces, such a Quilts By XX, Throws By XX etc. Click on one of these links to see the products offered in this category. As a rule, we carry all products made by any manufacturer. Time and space constraints may mean that not all products are listed. We carry over 3000 products at any given time. But there are probably another 3000 we haven’t had time to list. If you are looking for a specific product by any of the manufacturers we represent, don’t hesitate to ask. If they make it, we’ll be happy to get it for you!

Searching By Product
There are two ways you can search by product; the product links about mid-page and the picture links a little further down. The pictures themselves are not links, however, the text below each picture is a link. When you arrive at a product page, there will be a list of each manufacturer that offers these items. For example, when you click on Quilts, you will see “Quilts By J. Clayton”, “Quilts By Victorian Heart” etc. Click on the manufacturer you wish to view and you will be taken to a product list.

Product Pages
Products are arranged on each product list in alphabetical order. During the days when we are adding new items, these new items might appear at the end of the list until we organize them alphabetically. Items are generally displayed 25 per page. This makes it faster to load each page. Each product page will have a “Next” and “Previous” button at the bottom to take you to the next 25 items. As you navigate thru the products, should you find you wish to return to a previous page, it is preferable to use the “Previous” button. Avoid using the “Back” button on your browser. Depending on your computer settings, this may result in a “Warning, page expired” notice.

How Products Are Listed
Most products are listed individually. That is, you can enter a product and order any quantity of that item. The shopping cart will calculate the total based on the quantity x price to arrive at your total. Quilts are listed with many accessory items. The most popular choices, such as a single dust ruffle and multiple options on shams for example will appear on most quilts. You can order single accessory items from a Quilt product. There is a “Not Selected” option within the “Select Size” drop down on each quilt, which allows you to de-select the quilt and simply order a single sham, for example. You can also order a single sham from the page that contains just shams and no quilts. So let’s say you want to order just one “Logan” sham by Victorian Heart. You could:
· Go to Victorian Heart manufacturer's page, click on Shams By Victorian Heart, select the Logan sham and add it to your cart.
· Go to the “Pillows and Shams” product page, select Victorian Heart Shams, then select the Logan sham and add it to your cart.
· Search on “Logan” in the search box, then select “Logan Sham By Victorian Heart”
There are lots of ways to get there. Once in that product, you can use the quantity to add the specific number of shams you wish to purchase. But what about a product that has many options where you want 1 of this and 2 of that? For example, lets say a product is a sham, but there are Toss Pillow Shams, Euro Shams and Standard Shams and you want 1 toss pillow and 2 standards. First select the product and order the first item….lets say the toss pillow. Add it to your cart. You can use the back button to return to the product order page, or if your computer is set to display a warning using that method, type the product name into the search box and click on it a second time. Then select the next item…say 2 standard shams….add that to your cart. When you are finished adding the items, “Checkout” will take you to your cart so you can verify each item ordered.

Ordering Accessories Without A Quilt
Many of our products are offered on separate pages. For example there are pages for Shams, and listed on that page will be shams for each manufacturer. In some cases we have not listed shams separately. In that case, you would need to order the shams from directly inside the Quilt product. Let's say you have been searching for shams to match your Blakeley Quilt. Click on the Blakeley Quilt. Within the quilt product, you can order the accessory item you need. Just select "Not Selected" from the drop down for the quilt or any other items you do not want. Then select the item and quantity you need. Suppose you wanted 3 shams, but the order form offers 1 sham or 2 shams. Simply select 2 shams and add them to your cart. Then return to the product order form and select 1 sham. Your cart will now contain 3 shams.
