From the time you receive your item, if you're not satisfied, you must e-mail us as soon as you receive item, you have 10 days to return item (at your expense) for a full refund of the original cost you purchased item for, which includes cost of item and any insurance fee. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received. If there is any damage to item or if item is sent back in any other condition than it was originally shipped, no refund will be available.
