All my jewelry starts with fresh roses. Each rose, as created by nature, is one of a kind. There are never two exactly alike Please allow for nature's variations in size, shape and color shading Therein lies the beauty! If you are trying to specifically match a fabric, please call or e-mail ahead, and then mail sample. If you would like your swatch returned, enclose a SASE with appropriate postage. I will provide the address when you order.
I always hope this doesn't happen. I hand select and examine every piece of jewelry myself before packing and shipping. But, if you do have a problem, please contact me first by email or phone within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. I will give you an authorization code number and return shipping address. This number will need to appear on all subsequent correspondence regarding your return. Do not ship until you have received an authorization code. Please write me a note explaining the reason for return and then write your name, address, phone and the authorization number on this letter as well. Then, package and ship in original packaging materials. If these are not available, I will discuss other packing options with you.
