.

Any blogging quilters out there? (sounds a little obscene ^_^) Love to hear from you!
Just click here.
This will take you to a post that shows you how I do skinny stems!

Make it a gift!!

Would you like to give a special friend something from here? Just let me know and I will giftwrap it for you. Tell me where to ship it - back to you or directly to them.
Just use the comment option to let me know.

Shipping cost - starts at $1.00 and is consistent with NEW (P.O. webpage says as of 7/5/11) normal post office rates. At 12 oz - I will use the priority flat rate, which is currently $4.80.

Quantity Discount
I have managed to figure out how to include a "quantity discount", just wasn't able to do it as a percentage of total. If you order 3 or more patterns, you will receive a discount - the minimum discount being $2.00 and the max is $25.00.

A New Series
It is called "In a Word" and, thus, each design will have a one-word name. OK, these are the latest in that series and, as you can see, they have taken a new 'direction'. There are some words about that on the patterns page, which you can get to by clicking on the link below the pictures. The Lizard is the latest. There is a kit for that one, not the other two (yet?). The sample is not finished - is easier to show folks the process with it this way.

I won't be bringing the pieced patterns to quilt shows, but they are still available through this site; so use this link if you want to see them.

All The News That's Fit To Print

Breaking News! High Sierra Quilters has moved to Placerville!!!
yea!! They are in the same little strip mall as $$ Store and Grocery Outlet - that's on the East side of town, (heading East) get off Hwy 50 at Schnell School Rd., turn right at end of ramp and left at the 4-way stop just a few feet away. It's about in the middle, between Grocery Outlet and $ Store (at 1444 Broadway). They are now open! Sooo, if you have been wanting to take a class from me - there is one scheduled for March 3rd, 10-4. Give them a call! 530-622-9990 Also, a Flannel Jacket class on March 7 & 14. Hope to see you there! ^_^
Also - something new: I just added this webpage to something I just discovered(thanks to a jewelery making friend). It's called QFLEA and it's an online 'flea market' - except it's for small businesses with webpages - and who sell QUALITY items. You will find the link at the bottom of this page - check it out. And check out NanciesFancies in the jewelry section.

I now have the first 3 shows of the year under my belt and I can't say I'm feeling all that great. Am doing my best to stay optimistic - it's just a good thing I love what I'm doing! ^_^ Makes it easier to ride the waves of retail - not to mention all the other stuff going on this year.

I have now finished the second 4-block collection of mini's. While I have them sewn together to create a small wallhanging, the package does not include directions for doing that. It does include some suggestions for how you might use the 4 mini floral patterns. You can check them out in the picture below and use the link to get to page to order. ^_^
There's also a new one in the Simply Flowers series. It lives up to its name - it is simple and relatively easy. I think it is sweet and it's one of my favorite flowers. There is a kit available. The link will take you to the pattern - the kit can be found on the Simply Flowers Kits page, found in the drop down menu to the right of the pattern page - where it says "browse".
