Order Processing

All orders are normally processed within 2 business days. In stock items generally ship within 2 business days after an order has been processed. In the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 2 business days with a scheduled ship date. Please feel free to e-mail us at info@DesignerJewelryShowroom.com to check the availability of an item prior to placing an order.


Payment Methods

For sales to the United States and Canada, payment methods include Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and check or money order. Credit card information may be provided online during the processing of your order. All credit card information is processed SSL Secured. If you would prefer to call us with your credit card information, please contact us at 914-588-9582. Payment options for international sales include Cashier's Check or Money Order made payable to Ridgecrest Corporation.

Return Policy

You may return an item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange. Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. Designer Jewelry Showroom will only accept returned merchandise in its original condition, with no alterations, modifications, or damage. All merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number.

Customers wishing to make a return should send an email to
info@DesignerJewelryShowroom.com to request a Return Authorization Number. Once your return is received, it will be processed by our Customer Service department. You will receive notification regarding your return or exchange within seven days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Tax Rate

If applicable, items shipped to a NY state address are taxed at the sales tax rate for Rockland County, NY which is currently 8.125 % .


Shipping Policy

We offer free USPS Priority delivery or UPS 2nd Day. UPS Next Day, and USPS Express Mail are also available at an additional charge.

Standard shipping and handling rates:

Free UPS 2nd Day or USPS Priority delivery within the continental US.
The additional charge for UPS Next Day or USPS Overnight Mail is $20.00 per shipment. UPS Saturday delivery is an aditional $10 per shipment.

Shipping to destinations outside the continental United States may incur additional charges. You will be notified of additional charges via e-mail to request your approval prior to shipment.
