All orders are normally processed within 2 business days. In stock items generally ship within 2 business days after an order has been processed. In the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 2 business days with a scheduled ship date. Products may be returned unworn and in new condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. A full refund of the purchase price ( not including shipping charges) will be given once the merchandise is returned. Customers wishing to make a return should send an email to info@AlpacaApparel.com to request a return authorization number. Credit will be issued upon the receipt of the returned product.
If applicable, items shipped to a NY state address are taxed at the sales tax rate for Rockland County, NY which is currently 8.125 % .

Order value $25.00 to $49.99, shipping charge is $8.00.
Order value $50.00 to $99.99, shipping charge is $11.00.
Order value $100.00 to $149.99 shipping charge is $13.00
Order value $150.00 and over we will ship Free USPS Priority. Additional charges for USPS Next Day will apply.
