Shipping and Ordering Policy
All orders will process upon receive in regular business days. We use FedEx as our courier. Actual shipping time depends on the availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days after we receive your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel order.
Signature may require on all shipment (there must be someone to sign for the package or you have to pick it up from the local FedEx office).
All packages shipped from FAR EAST PEARL, LTD. are insured for the purchase price through transit. Once the package is signed for and received, its contents are no longer insured. All shipments require a signature. Any case of damages, lost due to miscarriage should be reported to the respective courier through their customer support department. Cases should be reported to us within 3 business days from the day it was received otherwise package will be considered delivered safely and in good condition.
