Product Description
Three Control Models:
- B1: Digital single set point control with a single ramp to set point and a dwell.
A single display shows actual temperature or set point.
The furnaces that use this control also utilize a mechanical Over.
Temperature Protection relay.
- C1: Digital programmable control with one stored program of 8 segments.
The furnaces that use this control also utilize a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay.
- D1: Digital programmable control with 4 stored programs, 16 segments per program.
The controller also includes RS232 communications.
The furnaces that use this control also utilize a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay.
Output power adjustment can be set from 1% to 100% for furnace operation below 260°C (500°F).
Controllers can be operated in ambient temperatures of 0–50°C (32°–122°F) and field adjusted to change input type, ramp rates and dwell times.
Solid state relay to control power to furnace.
All hardware for mounting, plus conduit and wiring to connect controller to a Barnstead Thermolyne muffle furnace.
