A single display shows actual temperature or set point. The furnaces that use this control also utilize a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay. - C1: Digital programmable control with one stored program of 8 segments. The furnaces that use this control also utilize a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay. - D1: Digital programmable control with 4 stored programs, 16 segments per program. The controller also includes RS232 communications. The furnaces that use this control also utilize a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay. • Output power adjustment can be set from 1% to 100% for furnace operation below 260°C (500°F). • Controllers can be operated in ambient temperatures of 0–50°C (32°–122°F) and field adjusted to change input type, ramp rates and dwell times. • Solid state relay to control power to furnace. • All hardware for mounting, plus conduit and wiring to connect controller to a Barnstead Thermolyne muffle furnace.
