High thermal-resistant insulation reduces heat up and recovery times.
Conventional firebrick in base provides maximum mechanical strength that supports up to 500 pound loads.
Gas spring actuators assist in opening and closing the door.
Operation
Fast heat-up from ambient to 1600°F/870°C in just 2 hours, unloaded.
Furnace includes welded steel stand, providing chamber entry at convenient height.
Silicon Carbide Hearth Plates protect bottom heating element.
Heating elements recessed in refractory cement for optimum heat transfer and chamber temperature uniformity.

No power cord supplied. Electrical connection requires fixed wiring.

Safety
Door opens upward, keeping hot side away from operator.
Door safety switch removes power from heating element when door is opened to shield operator.
