Operation • Indentions in the knob controller lets you click the unit to your set point and locks into place. • Two temperature setting controls allow set-point selection in two quick steps. The temperature is easily set by adjusting the course adjustment knob to your desired temperature. After the unit stabilizes, you simply read the thermometer and adjust the fine knob to go directly to your set point. • Temperature range: Ambient+5 - 160°C.
