4.0 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.1 Operating Hours: Alpha Multiservices, Inc. Customer Service Operating hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, CT (USA).
4.2 Placing Order(s): Orders placed using telephone, fax, and/or any form of electronic distribution mechanism are processed immediately. Electronic distribution mechanisms provide a secure gateway but could lack missing pertinent processing information.
4.3 Canceling Order(s): Orders may only be canceled within 24hrs since its initial order placement. Transaction fees will be applied and billed separately.
4.4 Shipping Cost(s): Shipping service will always be routed the most economical and safest way (unless you state otherwise). Within the continental USA, UPS/DHL ground and/or truck service will be used frequently. International service will be granted with customers approval either through our carrier (DHL) or through your own carrier. Shipping charges for orders placed will be the actual cost of shipping and insurance (if any).
4.5 Shipping Method(s): All orders will ship promptly and completely through the safest way (unless you state otherwise). If your carrier is preferred, please provide carriers active account number.
4.6 Custom(s): You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
4.7 Damaged Good(s): Orders containing damaged items should be directed to us only if we handled your shipping method. If goods left the continental USA and our carrier was used, all claims should be handled through the carrier, not us. International shipments made through our carrier are always fully insured. Unless you state otherwise for your own carrier and/or freight forwarder to be used, all damaged goods are their responsibility and obligation, not ours.
4.8 Incorrect Item(s): We only accept returns if the item can be returned to the manufacturer (restocking fee applies) or the item is not the item invoiced.
4.9 Sales Tax: Sales Tax is applied to all orders shipped within the State of Texas (unless Sales Tax Certificate is provided).
