Comprising aluminium housing with PTFE coated matt black interior, illuminated on/off rocker switch, rotary control dial, energy regulator and resettable thermal fuse providing overtemperature protection.
These baths are designed especially for the preparation of tissue paraffin sections and the elimination of wrinkles and distortions of the tissue sections.
The warm, broad 1.25" edge of the bath serves as a convenient drying surface for processed slides.
The exterior jacket is powder coated white aluminum; the interior is anodized a non-glossy black to reduce glare and improve visibility of tissue sections.
Temperature range 40°C to 75°C; sensitivity ±1/2°C.
Chamber dimensions 8.5" dia. x 2.5" D.
