Create precise thermal gradients for your process tubes.

Available with three 8” or 12” zones.

Unitized construction design conserves shrinking lab space.

We’ve included 1, 2, and 3 inch tube chamber collars to make changing process tubes quick and easy.

Operation

The furnace operates from one main temperature control and two linear setpoint controls to accommodate ramps and dwells across the three zones.

This furnace offers flexible operation when positioned horizontally, remotely or vertically on an optional floor stand (Cat No F964-11).

Control B: Single setpoint, automatic control simultaneously monitors the setpoint and actual chamber temperatures.

Control C: 2 ramp and 2 dwell programmable control.

Allows programming the rate of temperature increase and decrease (ramp), and the length of time the temperature holds at specific levels (dwell).

Control D: Multi-programmable 4-stored programs of 8 ramps and 8 dwells.

Includes an RS232 Communications port for connecting to a printer or computer.
