Operation

Accurate microprocessor control over speed, time and temperature.

Back-up hydraulic thermostat provides over temperature protection.

Microprocessor temperature control from above ambient to 60°C with ±0.1°C accuracy and ±0.5°C uniformity.

Triple eccentric drive gives smoother, quieter shaking through a 0.75” orbit at speeds from 15 to 500rpm.

Non-volatile memory retains set points in case of power interruption; shaker automatically resumes appropriate operation when power is restored.

Built-in timer can be set for continuous shaking or timed cycles up to 99.9 minutes or hours.

Load capacity is 50lb.

Safety

Safety interlock halts shaking when cover is opened.

Audible and visual alarms alert user to end of shaking cycle and when temperature or speed deviates from set point.
