Operation

Models 3527 and 3527-1 feature a temperature range from slightly above ambient to 65°C.

Models 3527-5 and 3527-6 offer higher temperature range to 85°C.

Triple eccentric drive powered by 1/15 HP motor rotates shaker platform through a 0.75” orbit.

Solid state controller varies speeds from 40 to 400 rpm.

Independent hydraulic thermostats maintain temperature with ±0.2°C control; provide automatic over-temperature protection.

Built-in timer allows for shaking cycles of up to 60 minutes or continuous shaking.

Drive rotates on nine permanently lubricated ball bearings.

Load capacity is 50lbs.

Safety

Safety interlock halts shaker action when cover is opened.

Smooth counterbalanced drive is isolated from shaker chamber to prevent damage from spills or glassware breakage.
