Product Description Models OV116040 & OV116850 • Horizontal air flow for excellent temperature uniformity and stability. • Heavy-duty shelves will hold up of 200 pounds each. • Heating elements and fans have been designed into the top of the ovens. • Digital PID controller allows for precise temperature control. • Hydraulic controlled over-temperature protection ensures oven temperature will not exceed preset limits. • Temperature uniformity of ±3°C at 150°C; temperature control of ±0.2°C at 150°C on 8 cu. ft. unit. • Temperature uniformity of ±4.0°C at 200°C and temperature control of ±0.7°C at 200°C on 12.5 cu. ft. unit. • 8 and 12.5 cu. ft. models have temperature range of +10°C above ambient to 250°C.
