Soft textured shrug jacket with elegant shawl collar. This 3/4 length sleeved jacket features a wrapped lower back and a shawl collar that set off the drape of the shrug back. The finished shrug has a "sweater-like" texture and appearance. The 5/8 inch wide bias is stitched to water soluble stabilizer to get this wonderful effect.
