1- Have you recently purchased a pre-construction condo and are ready to sell?

2- Are you looking to sell your condo before or at closing?

3- Need to get out of your investment now because your financial situation has changed?

4- Have a good deal but cannot find a buyer?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then I may help you find a buyer.

In the past if you wanted to resell or "flip" your pre-construction unit and found that several other buyers in that building wanted to do the same, you often found you could not sell it as quickly as you might like.

I developed an extensive network of local brokers and realtors as well as clients that give me an edge in selling your pre-construction in the shorter possible time.

Selling pre-construction fast is in fact as important as selling it at the right price, and I do make sure both requirements are fully satisfied. To achieve these objectives I prepare a marketing plan when selling your pre-construction. I do advertise in the proper magazines and newspapers, and I promote your pre-construction on our websites, which are visited by over a thousand clients every day.

Ready to get Started!

1- You list your condo for sale I do this with a basic listing agreement contract that we will both agree on.

2- Once the listing agreement is signed by both and yourself, I start marketing your condo to all of our contacts around the world. The more people we contact the better chances we have of selling your unit immediately.

3- As soon as I receive offers from buyers I will immediately notify you. If you do not agree to the offer that was presented, I will continue to go back and forth and present all counteroffers, until you and the buyer agree.

4- Once you and the buyer agree on an exact price a sale is made! Congratulations!! I charge you a 6% commission, and that’s it, no surprise fees or hidden fees. If your condo does not sell for any reason whatsoever then you do not owe me anything.

Here are some Key Facts You Should Know

1- I currently only sell property in the state of Florida.

2- Many developers of Condominiums prohibit you from reselling your condo without their permission. Read your contract carefully or take a look at your Condo Documents. If your Purchase Agreement prohibits re-sales you can ask the developer for an "assignment rider", which is a special form or addendum that grants you permission to list your condo for sale with a broker.

*please place in comments as much information as you can about the property you want to sell we will get back to you ASAP.
