LOOKING FOR HOMESITES
The Mountain Resorts Properties has over 3,500 homesites in its current resort communities. Over 1,000 homesites are on major trout fishing creeks and rivers.
The company only sells inventory in resorts with gated entrances or large amenity packages.

FINANCING PROGRAM
Once you choose the resort community that's right for you Mountain Resort Properties has a number of great ways to help you purchase your selected property. We have interest only and principle and interest payment type loans using the land as collateral. The interest rate will be dictated by your credit score, debt to income ratio, and your general financial status. We also have stated income land loans.

We have a working relationship with eight national banks as well as several local banks that are all competing for your business. This works in your favor so you get the best rates and it keeps closing costs down. Closing costs generally run between two and four percent depending on your sales price. We currently have developer-paid closing cost incentives if you purchase while you are here.

If you have arranged your own financing please make sure you provide us with your lender's contact information so we can help facilitate a smooth closing. We have other great ways of buying property using IRA’s, home equity lines of credit and 1031 exchanges. We will accommodate you in any way we can to assist you in your purchase process

MANAGEMENT RENTAL PROGRAM
Our Rental Mangement Program is designed to assist home buyers who choose to rent their home when they are not using it, creating the potential for rental income. The details of our Rental Management Program and associated fees will be announced shortly. Please note, as a home buyer in one of our resort communities you are under no obligation to rent your home through this program.
