Bass Gift Sets - With the bass season
consisting mainly of the months from April thru October. Bass go thru
different cycles which cause them to feed. Along with the temperature
variations and water conditions, these factors can cause the bass to feed on
top of the water or down deep. To cover the different conditions, several
different types have been created to catch these fish. The bass may start by
feeding on Crank Baits, Minnow Lures, which run at different depths and then
strike Poppers as the water surface becomes warmer. Many spinners are also
used for the deeper hiding bass. The two bass gift kits have an assortment of
lures to cover the conditions which occur.
Bass Gift Set contains a combination of plugs,
spinners, and top water baits for different feeding conditions. Six of the 3
¼” and one of the 4 ¼” baits allows the top 3 to 5 feet of the water to be
fished, while the hair bugs work the surface. With the bucktail spinner, it
allows the deeper water to be fished and if a weight is added to the bass
special, it can also be fished deeper. Leaving the weight off allows the weed
cover to be fished over.
Bass Gift Set 2005 contains three different
types of baits, count – downs, poppers and minnows. These different types,
four colors of each, allow the different depths to be explored. Top 3 to 5
feet and deeper, These colors allows for the different water conditions and by
each fished at different speeds and actions, this gives a wide range of
feeding conditions, depending on the fish and times of the day.
