Shipping Policy
* We accept orders from the United States and most countries around the world.
* If you are from a country that we do not normally ship to, please "Contact Us". We will service you individually.
* If you are an international (non-US) customer and you are ordering in large quantities such as more than 15 boxes, please also contact us for special shipping charges.
* For international orders, you are responsible for any fees associated with customs or duties.
* There are no minimum orders.
* All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, and are sent fully insured. Note: Shipping to Norway is no longer insured by USPS. If you order from Norway, you do so at your own risk.
* Items will ship when the total order is complete and payment has cleared.
Return / Exchange Policy
* Your satisfaction with our sunglasses product is guaranteed.
* If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
* Then send your order back to us within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
* Any item returned must be in its original condition and in its original packaging and is subject to a 15% restocking fee (not on exchanged item).
* Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
* The refund amount will be applied to your original payment type.
* We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns if not shipped back with insurance.
* Please do NOT ship back your returns/exchanges to our business address in New York. Contact us for our warehouse address.
