Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping
basket and enter your credit card information.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be
pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return
anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason. We
want you to be 100% happy with the wedding favors for your most special day or
we refuse to accept your money!
If you need to
return something, please send an email or call us at 1-605-360-1625 within 7
days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept
authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the
original packaging.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 2-7 business days from when your order was placed.
Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. First
Avenue Wedding Favors does not ship on Saturday or Sunday or days that are
observed as holidays by UPS, and/or other days or dates clearly indicated on
our web store, such as vacation periods or other possible emergency or
non-emergency designated time periods by First Avenue Wedding Favors.
Shipping
First Avenue
Wedding Favors uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the
United States
. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our
customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or
overnight in most cases and to most detinations. There is additional cost to
ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you.
We use the
United States Postal Service to ship packages to P.O. Boxes,
APO
, and FPO addresses.
All orders
delivering to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the
most cost effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate
shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to
5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $10 additional charge for
duties and taxes.
For all
international shipments, including
Canada
, we will email you with the shipping cost quote. We ask that you review the
quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment.

No Minimum Order Requirement!
First Avenue
Wedding Favors has no minimum order requirement. Feel free to order a sampler
-- and don't forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you come up with the
perfect idea for your particular wedding!
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be
assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of
South Dakota
(4%).
Our

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, we will send a
replacement product or cheerfully refund your money!
*The only exception to this guarantee is if the product has been used or
damaged.
