Tuscan-Style Almonds are harvested in California,
very lightly kettle-roasted and hand seasoned. Mother Nature created such a
naturally sweet product, blanching and roasting was the most that could be
done without compromising the nuts integrity. Although there are many trendy
varieties, the blanched California
variety was chosen in place of the others because these nuts are naturally
sweeter and far tenderer.
Each gift box (see extra image below) is
exclusively hand-crafted from a specially harvested variety of Tung Wood found
deep inside the forests of central
Asia. The unique
imperfections in the wood should be viewed as “beauty marks” that give a look
into the trees history, while exhibiting a package not easily replicated.
