Tuscan-Style Almonds are harvested in California, very lightly kettle-roasted and hand seasoned. Mother Nature created such a naturally sweet product, blanching and roasting was the most that could be done without compromising the nuts integrity. Although there are many trendy varieties, the blanched California variety was chosen in place of the others because these nuts are naturally sweeter and far tenderer.
