Artisan-Peppercorn "Blistered" Virginia Peanuts are more aromatic than spicy. The Virginia peanuts used for this blend are the largest available grade and they are specially roasted in a process known as "blistering" to yield an amazingly crunchy product. Once seasoned with a custom peppercorn blend, the peanuts become an even more wonderfully appetizing product.
