Unless otherwise specified, orders received before 12PM Noon MT weekdays
are generally shipped the same day. This is our standard procedure and
not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays
are shipped the next business day. Although we place high priority on getting
your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees when
orders are shipped as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions
or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

undamaged for any reason at all (at your own expense). There is a 20%
restocking fee on all gift baskets, as many items are not reusable and a $10
restocking fee for general merchandise on returnable items. Shipping and
Handling fees are non-refundable. If you need to return any item, please
contact us for further details.

not satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, we will send a replacement
product or cheerfully refund your money! *The only exception to this guarantee
