How can we guarantee your cheesecake delivery?
MooMoo Cheesecakes are blast
frozen, then we shrink wrap each one with a heavy cryovac plastic. They are
then placed in a foam container that surrounds the cheesecake in 2 inches of
insulation, and secured into a heavy corrugated container. We ship all of our
cakes via FedEx Overnight service. Your MooMoo cheesecake will arrive either
partially frozen, or cold and ready to enjoy. The packaging insures that every
MooMoo cheesecake delivery arrives in perfect condition. In the event that
there is no one home, FedEx will leave the cake if it is safe to do so. Your
cheesecake will last 2+ days in the container...especially during the winter
months! Please order with confidence, your cheesecake will arrive in perfect
condition, we guarantee it!
Special Note Regarding Delivery:
If FedEx is unable to complete delivery and issues a "Customer Not
Available or Business Closed" exception we are not going to be
responsible for the cheesecake.
This exception generally arises when the cake is being shipped to an apartment
building or commercial office or other commercial building where you have to
have an entry code to enter or you ring a bell to be let into the building.
If the recipient is not home, or does not answer, the FedEx courier can not
get into the building and it is generally unsafe to leave the cheesecake on
the street. They will leave a note at the door, and try
again the next day. Unfortunately, we have found that the
result is usually the same the next day.
We will make every effort to help you get the cheesecake delivered, but we can
assume no liability if the cake spoils in the process.
So it is very important if a cheesecake is going to be delivered to a secured
building or business that requires a code or special entries please make sure
that someone will be there to receive the cheesecake.
Our guarantee is very simple: If
you are not satisfied with your cheesecakes, for any reason* we will send
another cheesecake, or cheerfully refund your money!

The only exception to this guarantee is if you provide us with an incorrect
shipping address, and the cheesecake is late, or undeliverable due to the
incorrect address.
