Select a cheesecake(s) and shipping date, compile your recipient address list, and email or mail this information, along with the “gift message” you’d like included, plus don’t forget a phone # where you can be reached………..then relax! MooMoo will send you a timely response by email or phone confirming your needs, along with a price quote per cheesecake, based on the volume of your order. Price breaks occur at the following quantity intervals: 10 – 19, 20 – 49, 50 – 99, and 100+. Our discounts are substantial for large quantity orders, so please send us your details, and we’ll provide a price quote back as soon as possible.
The following cheesecake selections are eligible for a corporate rate, but are subject to change from season to season:
3 lb-8” Cheesecakes (serves 12), 4 lb-10” Cheesecakes, including our 4 lb. Sampler (serves 16), Bite Size Cheesecakes (42 pieces), and our 3 lb-8” Special Occasion (message on top) Cheesecakes (serves 12).

We deliver every day except Sunday, Monday, and Major Holidays (or other possible dates posted on our web store). Please call or email any questions. You may place orders up to 90 days in advance, which helps us greatly in production planning if your order is quite sizable. Address changes or corrections can be accepted up to 24 hours prior to your desired ship date.
If you have a recipient name and address list in a database or spreadsheet, you can mail or email it as an attachment, as long as it contains all the following necessary information:
• Recipient’s Name
• Company Name (if applicable, and also department name if applicable)
• Street Address (include bldg name, floor # and/or suite/office #, apt#, if applicable).
• City, State, Zip Code
• Recipient’s phone # (FedEx needs this phone number in case they have a problem finding the delivery address, or if there is a problem with the supplied address. Recipients will not be called for any other reason, and all information received is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy as described below.) Please provide a phone # where you can be reached during day time business hours. Also, at the same time you send the above information, you may also include your cheesecake item(s) choice, the date you want recipients to receive their cheesecake gift, and the gift message (no more than 15 words, please) to be included with each.

• Personalized Gift Message included with each delivery.
• The time, energy, and stress saved through this program, but most importantly, your satisfaction and the satisfaction of each recipient’s experience. Please review the following with reference to FedEx delivery requirements: - Complete and accurate addresses are of the utmost importance. FedEx charges $10.00 per address correction, which we will pass on to you. Also, an incorrect or incomplete address may mean the cheesecake will not arrive on the desired date you specified. - Deliveries can be made to the Continental United Sates, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii deliveries are made by 5:00 pm, local time. - We can not process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO Installations. -
Hospital/Hotel Deliveries: Please make sure the recipient will be there on the delivery date. We can not be responsible if recipient has checked out. -
Caution when shipping to Office/Business addresses during Thanksgiving and Christmas: Many businesses close and people often take vacation during these holiday weeks. Please check to be certain recipients on your Corporate list will be at the address you provide. We can not be responsible for gifts sent to an address and then sit for days when a recipient is out of the office. - Certain addresses, generally rural/remote areas, require Priority Overnight FedEx Service in order to arrive the next day, for which there is an additional charge. These types of situations are not generally determined until FedEx labels are printed late in the afternoon on the day shipments are prepared. -
FedEx Standard Overnight Service is used for all shipments, with delivery generally no later than 3pm.
Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped by Priority Overnight, so the additional FedEx delivery fee applies.
Saturday delivery is available for an additional FedEx fee, and are delivered by 12:00 Noon on Saturday. -
We have a Signature Release Waiver filed with FedEx, meaning that if the recipient is not at home or at the business address you provide, FedEx will leave the cake in a location deemed safe to do so, and that is at the discretion of the FedEx driver, and therefore, out of our control.


MooMoo’s Guarantee: If you or your recipients are not thrilled with our cheesecakes, for any reason*, we will send another cheesecake, or cheerfully refund your money! * The only exception to this guarantee is if you provide us with an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, and the cheesecake arrives late or is undeliverable due to the address.

Cheesecake Packaging: Our cheesecakes are hand made, fresh baked, then blast frozen, and immediately shrink wrapped with a heavy cryovac plastic. Each one is placed in to a heavy corrugated container (marked “perishable, refrigeration required”) surrounded by 2” of Styrofoam insulation. The cheesecake will arrive either partially frozen, or cold, and ready to serve and enjoy! They will remain in tact and consumable for about 24 hours after delivery, in the container…..especially in the winter months. They will keep nicely refrigerated up to 7 days, and/or can be refrozen up to 6 weeks. The holidays and other memorable occasions come and go, but those who receive a decadent, gourmet cheesecake from you or your company will be delighted and remember your thoughtfulness long after.
