However, Pen-Mart has no control over links made to Pen-Mart websites by third parties. When you access a non Pen-Mart website, please understand that it is independent from Pen-Mart. We may request that you supply us with personal information including your e-mail address, billing and ship-to address, home or work telephone number, and your P.O. number for such purposes as replying to your email inquiries, initiating, processing and confirming your order with Pen-Mart.com, contacting you regarding your order status, or to tell you about special promotions or other offers available from Pen-Mart.com if you have requested information. Pen-Mart.com will not utilize any personally identifying information for any purpose other than what is specifically mentioned in our policies.

Our Web site may use cookies to enhance your visit and/or enhance our Web site in the future. Cookies can identify which parts of a site have been visited or keep track of selections, such as those selected in a "shopping cart" or order. Pen-Mart’s Guarantee to its Customers
All Pen-Mart products are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturer’s mechanical defects, and imprinting defects. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality, brand name products. We will replace or refund any order that does not meet our high standards.

Return Policy
Pen-Mart prides itself on providing the highest quality products, and we guarantee all products against manufacturer defects. We also offer replacement of any order that you do not feel is imprinted correctly per your request. Returns are based on the following stipulations:
Returns are only accepted for manufacturers product defects or imprinting defects. We cannot accept returns because you do not like the product or color you chose or if the imprint was not correct due to a typographical error on your part, or the part of the agent or person ordering on your behave. Please double check your selections to be totally sure that it is accurate before placing your order.
Pen-Mart will provide a replacement in a timely manner if we caused any typo or did not produce what you specified.
Pen-Mart must have pre-approved all returns for refund or replacement. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Refunds and replacements will only be considered for returns that have our approval. Providing replacements as opposed to refunds is at the sole discretion of Pen-Mart.
Products must be returned in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping of the product. Please ship using a carrier that provides tracking numbers and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS or FEDEX. Pen-Mart is not responsible for items lost by the carrier.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Any order cancelled within 24 business hours of placement will incur no order cancellation charge, with the exception of any order specifically requested as a "Rush order". Because of production time requirements, rush orders may only be cancelled if the product has not been printed yet. Please contact us immediately in these situations, so that we may attempt to cancel the order.
Any non-rush order cancelled after 24 business hours will incur a $30.00 order cancellation fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Pen-Mart reserves the right to cancel or not accept any order for any reason as determined by Pen-Mart with no cancellation fee assessed. Orders canceled or not accepted by Pen-Mart will receive a full refund.

State Sales Tax Policy:
Pen-Mart purchases may include sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed. If you phone in your order, Pen-Mart will provide an estimated dollar total of your order including any applicable tax and shipping charges at the time you place your order.

Tax Exempt Policy:
If state sales tax applies and your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call Pen-Mart Sales Support at 1-866-PENS-4U2 (866-736-7482). Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must match exactly the state tax-exempt certificate.

Other Policies
Silk-Screening: On writing utensils, prices include one color silk-screened imprint of submitted artwork and/or up to 5 lines of straight line text at no extra charge, or as noted on a specific product's page. Prices for additional imprinting are covered in the notes for each product. Exact imprint alignment from pen to pen on some products can not be guaranteed due to the assembly process, unless specifically requested.

Laser Engraving: Available on metal pens only. Prices include engraved straight line copy with character count and line count dependent upon the product. Laser engraving is generally included at no extra charge, but fees for laser engraving may apply in certain circumstances. See specific product notes for details.

Personalization/Customization: Availability and fees vary per product, see applicable product notes.

Artwork: Custom logos or art will be submitted via email, and should be supplied as press-ready digital files. Please refer to the individual product page notes for additional product-specific information. Pen-Mart will not be responsible for errors in artwork.

Text: Stock imprinting styles for orders that include lines of text are noted on a per product basis - each applicable product will have an available font style selection box if available for that product. If no font is selected at the time of an order, we will do our best to contact the customer before manufacturing starts to make a selection. If no font selection is made, our default font of "Times Bold" or a suitable substitute will be used.

Receipt: We suggest that you print or capture your confirmation page as a receipt as well as your order confirmation Email.

Refills: Black, except where optionally available in other colors – see specific product notes. All refills carry a 2 year shelf life guarantee.

Shipping: Standard ground shipping via our shipper is free. Other shipping methods are available. Please choose a shipping method that will guarantee timely receipt of your products based on your needs. "Free Shipping", as stated anywhere on Pen-Mart.com, provides for only standard ground shipping using the shipper of our choice, of order quantities found on Pen-Mart.com.

Samples: Samples can be requested of any product we carry, which will generally be shipped to the customer at no charge, except for sample requests totaling more than $10.00. Customers may be notified if a sample request requires a payment, and be given the opportunity to make that payment, alter or cancel the sample request. Pen-Mart will ship samples of products to customers at Pen-Mart's discretion. Pen-Mart maintains the right to fill, not fill, or alter any sample request at any time for any reason.

Discounts: Discounts on orders are provided as an incentive for new customers. Discount codes can be utilized on any new customer order placed for any quantity or number of items for the first order only, unless otherwise specified by Pen-Mart. Please contact us for a new discount code if necessary.

Products and Logos: Products and Logos shown throughout this website appear only to illustrate the basic products and their ability to include messages and art on them. Products and results may vary from the illustrations depending on options chosen.

Rights and Permissions: Reproducing Artwork - The customer warrants that by placement of an order with Pen-Mart.com,
they have the right to reproduction of the text, design, or logo and;
that in the event of a claim to the contrary, they will hold Pen-Mart and it's affiliated companies harmless from prosecution.
