All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Actual rates
are based on the chart below. A $4.00 handling fee per order will be added to your total.

Our normal policy is to ship all orders within 2 – 3 business days. This is processing time for the order to leave our docks. During October, November, and December it may take up to 5 business days due to holiday volume. Tracking information will be emailed once available from UPS.
Payment Options
Credit cards, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Accurate billing information is REQUIRED with all orders paid via credit card.
We also accept Paypal.
Terms of Use
By placing an order with us, buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms set forth below. Products are stocked year round and at any given time we have a 95% in stock rate. Out of sock merchandise is generally restocked within 15-30 days. All products are distributed as brand new; unopened and individually sealed from our storage facilities. The cost of transportation is the buyer’s responsibility both to and from our facilities. The limit of our liability is for merchandise only, and as such, Transportation Costs are Non-Refundable. The actual color of products received may vary due to each users own personal pc monitor settings which we cannot be responsible for.
Other Terms
1. We reserve the right to refuse credit card orders if billing information could not be verified electronically at the time order is placed. Payment for order will be issued back to card holder, order cancelled and buyer emailed.
2. We reserve the right to retain counsel or a collection agency in the event of disputes that may arise from credit card purchases, of which buyers may be responsible for.
3. All products are new; unopened and individually sealed from our storage facilities.
4. Title changes hands when the buyer receives the merchandise at his/her location.
5. Buyers are responsible for all Transportation Costs, including shipments that are refused or returned for failed delivery, through no fault on the part of Image Leathers.
6. Image Leathers is not responsible for lost, incidental, or consequential damages due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
7. Orders may NOT be cancelled once placed and entered into our system.
What kind of warranty do products carry?
Every product comes with 100% initial satisfaction guarantee. Many of our products carry an extended warranty that come with a one year, five year, ten year, or lifetime warranties. Check with the product’s description on the item page for extended warranty information. Products with no specified warranty will be covered under our initial satisfaction guarantee. The limit of our liability is for merchandise only and Transportation Costs are Non-Refundable.
What if I receive a shipment that is damaged?
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packaging and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty. The limit of our liability is for merchandise only. Transportation Costs are Non-Refundable.
What if you are out of something I order?
Occasionally unavoidable circumstances do occur. If you place an order for an item that is currently out of stock, we will issue a refund for this item in the same form payment was made. Refunds are generally issued the same day. Email notification will be sent with ETA of out of stock item. We do not place items on back order. Balance of order will be shipped.
What is your return policy?
Authorization must be received prior to any returns and ALL unauthorized returns will be refused. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton WITHIN 10 DAYS of receiving authorization for store credit of full purchase price. Request for refunds of non-defective merchandise, returned in resalable condition, will incur a 20% restocking fee within ten business days of receipt and inspection. The limit of our liability is for merchandise only and Transportation Costs are Non-Refundable unless the return is a direct result or our error. Example: Wrong size or wrong item delivered. ALL claims for defect in workmanship MUST be returned for inspection to our facilities with prepaid Transportation Costs which are Non-Refundable. Once received, inspected and deemed to be defective we will provide transportation for replacement. Please allow up to ten business days for processing.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
NO. We currently ship within the 48 continental United States only.
Do you accept international orders?
NO. Potential fraud prevents us from safely accepting international orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
YES. Our online catalog is opened to the general public; in-state (South Dakota) deliveries will incur a 5.92% sales tax.
