LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS -
CUSTOMER NOTE: It is the responsibility of the buyer and not the

DOMESTIC
LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS: We will not directly sell defense sprays
to Massachusetts or New York residents. Massachusetts residents may only
purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state. New York
residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or
licensed Pharmacists in that state. We will not directly sell stun guns to
Michigan, Hawaii, Illinois, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Massachusetts,
Wisconsin, or New York State residents. Illinois residents may only purchase
stun guns only from licensed Firearms Dealers after a criminal background check.
As a
visitor or user of this site you understand and agree that ProFemDefense.com
and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use of this
website or any products sold therein or on shopping carts or stores linked
