We realize that everyone’s body is different and have a liberal return policy. Returned items MUST be in original, unsoiled, resalable, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags, labels, and packaging in tact. We will exchange an item for a smaller or larger replacement of the same item as indicated by the customer. Plus-N-Pretty must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of item. Returns must be received by Plus-N-Pretty within 14 days after notifying Plus-N-Pretty.
Returns should be mailed to: Plus-N-Pretty Returns 589 Holly Hill Road Milford, DE 19963. Upon receipt of returned item(s), or USPS Tracking Number, Plus-N-Pretty will process ordering for a smaller or larger replacement as indicated by the buyer. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Plus-N-Pretty will provide the shipping costs of the replacement.
In the event that the customer and Plus-N-Pretty agree that a refund would be a better option, refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned item(s) at Plus-N-Pretty Customer Care.
