1. Due to restrictions placed on us by our distributor, we only ship to the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Puerto Rico.
2. Orders typically ship from the warehouse within 1-2 business days.

UPS Ground is only for the continental US and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
US Postal Ground is the only option available for PO Boxes.
RUSH is only for the continental US and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Air Mail is for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico only.
4. Shipping Costs
UPS GROUND
We provide free shipping via UPS Ground on all orders of $50.00 or more for deliveries made within the continental US. Shipping on all orders under $50.00 is $7.50 -- this applies only to deliveries made within the continental US.
US POSTAL
Charge is 15% of the total order with a minimum charge of $7.50 and a maximum charge of $25.00.
RUSH
Charge is 45% of the total order.
AIR MAIL
Charge is 35% of the total order.
5. Shipping Times
For UPS Ground, please allow 8-10 business days.
For US Postal ground, please allow 8-10 business days.
For RUSH, please allow 3-4 business days.
For Air Mail, please allow up to 14 days.
