1. How to order?
Please use the shopping cart. The fastest and easiest method is to use
our shopping cart system by selecting the "ADD TO CART" button located on the
page of the product you wish to buy. When you are done, click the "CHECKOUT"
button, to complete the order form. Your order will be immediately confirmed
by e-mail. We accept Visa and Master creditcard. We also accept
Paypal system. Please note that the name that will appear on your
statement will be JapanesePottery when you use a credit card.
2. Which countries are you shipping to?
At the morment, we ship to 93 countries except African and South
American countries. If you can not find the name of the country where you want
us to ship to on the order form, plesase
contact us, we can provide services in any way we can.
3. How much is the shipping cost?
We fix the shipping cost with lower price according to the product
weight.
Below 1.5 kg : $ 10
1.5 to 3 kg : $ 20
3 to 4 kg : $ 30
4 to 5 kg : $ 40
5 to 6 kg : $ 50
7 to 9 kg : $ 60
Above 9 kg : $ 80
To ship our products within Japan, shipping cost is FREE. Please
click Change
Price Set and change to Japanese yen price set, and then complete the
order.
4.What is your Return Policy?
For defective item, you may return it for replacement. Please
contact us WITHIN 8 DAYS
after the product arrives and return it
WITHIN 3 DAYS after you
contact us. Please make
sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original
packaging. Shipping method for replacement will be determined by us. Shipping
charges for replacement are FREE.
These are the common reasons for
return.
Defective: Product was defective or
damaged when it arrived.
Wrong item delivered: got the wrong
item not the ordered one by the mistake of Japanese Pottery and Garden.
