If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products or you need to
return products for other reasons they may be returned in their original
condition for a refund (minus the 15% restocking fee), a store credit (no
restocking fee) or exchange provided you e-mail us at foxyattire@rogers.com to get a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' number and the returned merchandise is received at the warehouse within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Shipping fees(both ways if exchanged)for this return will be the responsibility of the customer. Items that are returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization form and number or obviously worn or without tags attached will be returned and customer will be charged a shipping and handling fee.
Any hosiery items that have 14, 16 or 17 as the middle two numbers of their item number (example: 581725 or 561422) will not be accepted for return if they have been removed from the package (for sanitary reasons).
