If you order online you will be sent to a secure server for safe transmission of credit card information. You will receive an e-mail receipt at your supplied billing e-mail address. Out of respect for our customers' privacy, we do not share any customer information with outside parties. The Online Weathervane Store uses a high order encryption, your personal as well as payment Information will not be floating unprotected through cyberspace. We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, insured, or equivalent. Items unable to be shipped UPS due to size or weight restrictions will ship via the least expensive motor freight. Shipping charges are 10% of your total order. Cupolas shipped by freight will be the going rate. Alaska and Hawaii rates will vary. Special delivery will result in rates charged by the delivery company.

Returns
Only products in new condition and in original packaging will be Accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Under no circumstances will merchandise be accepted for return after thirty days of invoice date. Please check your order expeditiously and thorughly upon receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Credit cards are not credited until product is received back and inspected.

Defective Product
Will be replaced within 15 days of sale. Contact customerservice@theonlineweathervanestore.com to arrange shipment. Replacements will not be issued until defective unit is returned. We will ship replacement at no additional cost.

Alaska and Hawaii
Ground service is not available. We suggest 2nd day Air service. Posted rates are usually sufficient. If actual charges are significantly greater than collected amounts, customer will be contacted for a approval of additional shipping prior to shipment.
