About Us
Back to the Future Time Clocks was founded by Robin Jordan. Since she was a little girl, she has loved clocks, and enjoyed collecting them. This web site began out of that love and desire to share it with other people like you. She also has always been intrigued with time. She has watched every single movie or show relating to time, including The Time Machine (Both versions), Back in Time, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, and of course, Back to the Future. She loved the latter, and watched it at least four times. She hopes you enjoy the selection of clocks she has chosen for this website, and feel free to make any suggestions through our "contact us" page.

Q. What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Back to the Future Time Clocks’ product you may return it to us within 21 days of the date of the invoice. We do not charge restocking fees; you are only required to pay for the shipping and handling charges and the credit card merchant fees for returned items of 5% of the total retail price. In the case of items that have been shipped free of charge, we will charge you for the shipping. All our items are shipped fully insured and should a shipment appear to be visibly damaged on arrival you should refuse to accept it and contact us via email to manager@futuretimeclocks.com to request a replacement. All items to be returned will require our Return Merchandise Authorization number, which should be requested through the above email address and must be clearly written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping label.

Returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, warranty cards, documentation, and manuals.

When returning items, the package must be prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that can be tracked such as UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days to process a refund.

Q. Is your ordering system secure? Is your site secure?
We use the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption process from the very moment you begin to place your order with FutureTimeClocks.com so that your information is fully secure and your purchase protected. When you look at our domain address on your Internet browser during this process you will see the http:// change to https:// evidencing this secure environment. It is not possible for any third party to un-encrypt this communication at this stage and so your information is perfectly safe.

Q. Do your clocks carry a warranty?
Back to the Future Time Clocks carry a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the timepiece that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The incidence of defects in new Back to the Future Time Clocks is extremely low. Please note that damage caused by neglect or misuse is not covered under the warranty.

Q. What if the item I have selected is not available?
If an item is not available you will be notified within two business days via email and you will be able to choose to either cancel the order, make an alternative selection or wait until the item is available.

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
FutureTimeClocks.com is operated out of the State of South Carolina. All orders for clocks placed by residents of the State of South Carolina are subject to a South Carolina State Sales Tax of 5%. For purchases made by residents in all other states in America, FutureTimeClocks.com is not required to charge sales tax.

Q. When is my credit card charged?
We charge your credit card on the day that the item is shipped. In the unlikely event that an item is placed on back order, we will not charge your credit card until the day that the item ships. If an item is not available you will be notified within two business days via email and you will be able to choose to either cancel the order, make an alternative selection or wait until the item is available.

Q. How will I know my order has been received?
You will be sent an email confirming your order to the email address given to us at the time you place your order. If an item is not available you will be notified within two business days via email and you will be able to choose to either cancel the order, make an alternative selection or wait until the item is available.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
We are only able to ship our Back to the Future Time Clocks to customers within the continental United States against credit cards issued by US domestic banks

Q. To where can I have my order shipped?
Orders can be shipped to any address within the United States provided that we are given a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note that customers will be charged a fee of $15 to reroute an order after it has been processed and delivered to our shippers. You must ensure that the address to which you are requesting delivery is an acceptable and workable arrangement for you.

Q. What are your shipping charges and what options do I have?
We offer free ground shipping for all clocks over $60.00 (before tax, shipping and handling). Except for item numbers starting with “Jeb”, all clock orders for less than $60.00 will be charged at a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping and handling. Shipping charges for item numbers starting with “Jeb” will depend upon the state in which the clock is delivered.
We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air at a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders. Due to the increased risk of fraud, all requests for 2nd Day Air are processed manually. After we have verified your credit card details directly with your issuing bank, please make sure that you are available on the telephone number you provided, to confirm the order with customer service for UPS 2nd Day Air orders.

Q. When will my order be shipped?
Once your credit is approved, usually in 'real time' while placing your order, the item will be shipped within two business days. If the item is not available you will be notified via email at that time and invited to change your order, cancel the order, or wait until the item is in stock.
