Shipping Policies
Our clocks are shipped in the US via UPS. Estimated delivery times vary with your state address.
Grandfather Clocks and all Comtemporary Clocks are shipped on the next
business day. Neon Clocks take from 1 to 6 days for shipment.
These clocks: The Magnet, Yin n' Yang, Metropolitan, Roly Poly, The
Right Angle, and the 4"/6" Time Pyramid Clocks have a 2-Year Warranty. All claims for defective clocks while in transit must be made within 3 days after receipt of goods for these clocks. All other returns of these clocks are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We offer free ground shipping for all clocks over $60.00 (before tax,
shipping and handling). Except for item numbers starting with “Jeb”, all clock orders for less than $60.00 will be charged at a flat rate of $6.00 for ground shipping and handling. Shipping charges for item numbers starting with “Jeb” will depend upon the state in which the clock is delivered.
UPS 2nd Day Air may be requested and a flat rate of $15.00 will be
applied to all destinations in the lower 48 states of America. For International orders,

If you do not receive your goods, or if the items are damaged in
transit, please contact us at manager@futuretimeclocks.com and we will file a claim. You must keep the original packaging materials as the shipping company may request examination.
Return Policies
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Back to the Future Time Clocks’ product you may return it to us within 21 days of the invoice date. We do not charge restocking fees; you only pay for the shipping and handling charges and the credit card merchant fee for returned items of 5% of the total retail price. Please note that if an item has been shipped to you free of charge, we will charge you our standard shipping fee together with the credit card merchant fees of 5% of the total transaction price.
You may exchange an item bought from us, up to 30 days after the invoice date, for an item of equal or greater value. You will need to email us at the address below to get an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number. (Please note that you cannot return an item that has been customized by us at your request.) We cannot accept returns on grandfather clocks.
Should a shipment appear to be visibly damaged upon arrival, you should refuse to accept it, then contact us via email at manager@futuretimeclocks.com to request a replacement.
All returned items require our Return Merchandise Authorization number. Get your Return Authorization at manager@futuretimeclocks.com. Clearly write this number on your original invoice and the return shipping label. The package must be prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that can be tracked such as UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days to process a refund.
Returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, warranty cards, documentation, and manuals.
