Your Information:
Business Rationale does not collect information when you visit our site unless you request information or place an order with us. When an order or a request for information is placed, you will be asked for various details. All relevant fields are mandatory for the purposes of the transaction and future identification. 1. Licence Agreement
The purchase of any Business Rationale Software Product does not give you the right of re-sale. Business Rationale Software Products are not to be distributed in any fashion that promotes unlicensed (unpaid) use of the products. Paid-up licence holders will be specific companies or individuals. Usage is limited to the employees, family and direct business associates of the primary licence holder.
Business Rationale Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to control distribution. Distribution of Business Rationale Software Products via the internet is at dramatically reduced prices to the consumer. This results in a higher potential for unlicensed on-distribution.
Any discovered unlicensed user will receive an invoice for, and receive, the full Business Rationale range of products (licensed), as if it were professionally installed with full training. At present, this is valued at US $1995. Failure to pay this invoice within 14 days will result in the issue being documented for investigation to the relevant authorities in your country.
2. Liability And Warranty
BUSINESS RATIONALE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ARE OFFERED AS TOOLS TO ASSIST IN BUSINESS. THEY ARE NOT REPLACEMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
Business Rationale Pty. Ltd. is confident that all tools will perform as claimed. If this is found not to be the case and e-mailed justification is received within thirty (30) days of receipt, an unconditional full refund will occur, without any costs to the customer.
No statement made about any Business Rationale Software Products by distributors, in advertisements, in software reviews, or in the documentation shall constitute a warranty. The examples and information provided in the instructions files are provided for illustration and training purposes only. They are provided 'as is' and Business Rationale Pty.
