In an effort to minimize handling of your merchandise,thereby minimizing the possibility of damage, we will be shipping your Dream Dollhouse directly to you from the Real Good Toys Warehouse in Vermont.
Standard order processing time is 2-4 business days, depending on the volume of the order. New Concept Models are generally custom packed per order so may take 7-10 business days then ship. Once shipped, UPS standard shipping timeframes will apply. Track your package(s) using our sites 24/7 order tracking feature which provides a link to UPS tracking.
Because we have the manufacturer's commitment that their shipping department inspects every box prior to shipping, we know your package(s) will be handed to the carrier in PERFECT condition.
UPS, our preferred carrier, is then responsible for any damage once it leaves the warehouse. Please be advised that replacement cost can only be collected if you acknowledge the problem when you receive the goods.
"Split" shipments are allowed.You can place & pay for one order & designate destinations. Guidelines:
Max of 2 destinationsHave all of your shipping details ready when checking out so you can fill in both shipping addresses for Shipment A & Shipment BNote: you will be required to flag each line item with either A or B depending on the shipping address. So if shipping 2 ea of a certain item, 1 to each address, you must have 2 line items, not qty of 2 on one line.Fee for this service is $30.00
We will be happy to disguise the shipping box in the case of a gift purchase.

Please use the following Receiving Guidelines for UPS DELIVERIES:- BEFORE you sign for a delivery, CAREFULLY inspect each item
- If the package appears damaged & it looks like some contents may be lost or damaged, choose to refuse the shipment
- If it appears to be "box" damage only, KEEP IT, UPS only reimburses for damages or loss of contents, not the shipping carton
- Notify shipping@creativedollhousedesigns.com immediately to discuss the damage & course of action to be taken
Return Policy
While every effort is made to help you get the Dream Dollhouse that is right for you, we realize that sometimes merchandise will need to be returned for credit.
In that event, you MUST first contact Creative Dollhouse Designs within 3 business days of receiving the item(s) for consideration. If approved for credit you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping address for your return package.
The RMA # MUST be noted on the outside of the package.
If merchandise is returned without the RMA # visible on the outside of the package, your credit may be delayed or completely overlooked.
Return shipping charges are at your expense.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all non-damaged merchandise returned for credit to cover handling.
The 20% will be deducted from the credit we issue.
