Drink Recipes:
SWEET & SOUR CONCENTRATE
Concentrate Ratio: 3 parts water to 1 part mix. Shake Well, settling of juice is normal.
On The Rocks: Mix 1 oz Fanfare Sweet & Sour Mix with 3 oz. water, 1 1/2 oz. bourbon, scotch, vodka, or tequila. Pour into glass and garnish with fruit of choice.
Frozen Drink Machine - Yields 4 gallons: 2 quarts Fanfare Sweet & Sour Mix, 11 quarts of water, 1.75 liter tequila, 1 liter triple sec.
Blender: Add 1 cup of ice to blender, 1 oz Fanfare Sweet & Sour Mixer, and 1 1/2 oz bourbon, scotch, vodka or tequila.
STRAWBERRY & STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI/MARGARITA DRINK CONCENTRATE
Concentrate Ratio: 2 parts water to 1 part mix, shake well, settling is normal.
On The Rocks: Mix 2 oz Fanfare Strawberry Mix with 2 oz water, 1 oz rum. Pour into tail glass, garnish with fruit.
Frozen Drink Machine - Yields 4 gallons: 5 quarts Fanfare Strawberry Daiquiri/ Margarita Mix 9 quarts water, 1.75 liter rum/tequila.
Frozen Daiquiri: Add I 1/2 cups of ice to blender, 3 oz. Fanfare Strawberry Daiquiri Mixer, and 1 oz light rum, blend.
MARGARITA CONCENTRATE
Concentrate Ratio: 3 parts water to 1 part mix. Shake Well
On The Rocks: Mix 1 oz Fanfare Margarita Mix, 3 oz water, 1 1/2 oz tequila, 1/2 oz triple sec. pour over salted rim glass
Frozen Drink Machine - Yields 4 gallons: 2 quarts Fanfare Margarita Mix, 11 quarts water, 1.75 liter tequila, 1 liter triple sec., pour in salted glass.
Blender: 1 1/2 cup of ice, 1 oz Fanfare Margarita Mix, 1 1/2 tequila, 1/2 oz triple sec, blend, salted rim glass.
PINA COLADA CONCENTRATE
Concentrate Ratio: 2 parts water to 1 part mix. SHAKE WELL.
On The Rocks: Mix 2 oz Fanfare Pina Colada Mix, 2 oz water, 1 oz rum, pour into tall glass, garnish with fruit.
Frozen Drink Machine - Yields 4 gallons: 4 quarts Fanfare Pina Colada Mix, 10 quarts water, 1.75 liter rum, pour in tall glass.
Blender: 1 1/2 cups ice, 3 oz Fanfare Pina Colada, 1 oz light rum.
HURRICANE PUNCH CONCENTRATE
Concentrate Ratio: 3 parts water to 1 part mix, shake well, settling is normal.
On The Rocks: 2 oz Fanfare Hurricane Punch Mix, 6 oz water and 2 oz rum.
Frozen Drink Machine - Yields 4 gallons: 4 quarts Fanfare Hurricane Punch Mix, 10 quarts water, 2 liters rum.
Blender: 1 1/2 oz Fanfare Hurricane Punch Mix, 1 1/2 oz light rum, 1 1/2 dark rum, 1 1/2 oz clear rum & 8 oz water. Pour into tall glass over crushed ice.
GREEN LIME CONCENTRATE
Concentrate Ratio: 3 parts water to 1 part mix, shake well, settling is normal.
On The Rocks: 1 oz Fanfare Green Lime Mix, 1 1/2 oz tequila, & 1/2 oz triple sec, pour into salt rimmed glass.
Frozen Drink Machine - Yields 4 gallons: 2 quarts Fanfare Green Lime Mix, 11 quarts water, 1.75 liter tequila, 1 liter triple sec.
Blender: 1 1/2 cups ice, 1 oz Fanfare Green Lime Mix, 1 1/2 oz tequila, 1/2 oz triple sec pour into salt rim glass garnish with slice of lime.
PINK PEACH & PEACH ROYALE (Bellini) CONCENTRATE
BELLINI: 3 oz Fanfare Pink Peach, 1 dash Lemon Juice, 3 oz Chilled Champagne or Sparkling Wine, 1 oz Peach Schnapps. Pour chilled Pink Peach into champagne flute, add dash Black Currant Juice, fill with chilled Champagne or Sparking Wine.
PEACH MARGARITA: 1 1/2 cups of ice, 4 oz Fanfare Pink Peach, 1 oz Tequila, add alt ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth, pour into cold glass, garnish with Peach slice.
FUZZY NAVEL: 1 1/2 cups of ice, 4 oz Fanfare Pink Peach, 2 oz orange juice, 1 oz choice liquor, add all ingredients to blender.. Blend till smooth, pour into tall glass.
CHAMPEACH: 1 oz Fanfare Pink Peach, with favorite champagne.
PINK PEACH FREEZE: 4 oz Fanfare Pink Peach, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, 2 oz Half & Half, 1 oz Rum or Vodka, Mix peach, liquor,& half & half, pour over ice cream or can be mixed.
STRAWBERRY MIX
On The Rocks: 3oz Fanfare Strawberry mix 1 oz rum, pour over ice.
Pitcher: 3 cups ice, 8 oz strawberry mix 2 oz light rum.
Strawberry Fizz: Tall glass filled with ice, 3 oz Strawberry, 1 oz rum, fill to top with club soda stir
BLENDER
1 1/2 cup ice, 4 oz Fanfare Strawberry, 1 1/2 oz rum blend
GRENADINE SYRUP
A Day At The Beach: 1 oz Coconut Rum, 1/2 oz Amaretto, 4 oz Orange Juice, & 1/2 oz Fanfare Grenadine
Shirley Temple: 1 oz Fanfare Grenadine with 7 oz Lemon-Lime soft drink served over ice.
Tequila Sunrise: 1/2 oz Fanfare Sweet & Sour mix, I 1/2 oz Tequila, 4 02. Orange Juice, 1 oz Grenadine
MARGARITA MIX
Blender: 1 1/2 Cups of ice, 4 oz Fanfare Margarita, 1 1/2 oz Tequila, blend pour into salt rim glass, garnish with a slice of lime.
Party Pitcher: 3 cups ice in blender, 8 oz Fanfare Margarita Mixer, 3 oz Tequila blend pour into salted rim glass.

Blender: 1 1/2 Cups of ice, 4 oz Fanfare Sweet & Sour, 1 1/2 oz Tequila, blend pour into salted rim glass, garnish with orange slice.
Pitcher: 3 cups of ice in blender, 4 oz Fanfare Lemon S & S, 1 1/2 oz Tequila, blend, pour into salted rim glass.
PINA COLADA MIX
BLENDER: 1 1/2 cups of ice, 4 oz Fanfare Pina Colada, 1 oz light rum, blend smooth garnish with pineapple & cherry.
Party Pitcher: 3 cups ice in blender, 8 oz Fanfare Pina Colada Mixer, 2 oz light rum, blend garnish with pineapple & cherry pour mixer into tall glass with crushed ice.
Try all drink mixers, they are made from real fruit. Quart bottles of concentrate makes one gallon when mixed with water. These mixes are a great bargain when compared to the premixes.
