All damage claims must be made on the day of delivery. Claims made at any other time will not be honored.
We reserve the right to ship your order via a different shipper than you selected, if necessary, in order to meet your delivery requirements.
We do not accept returns of food or food related products if the original shipping case has been opened, subject to our inspection and acceptance of the return. In case of returns or delivery refusal, you will need to pay the shipping costs to return the shipment.
