Your DateBook in the ToolBox is a powerful add on you won't want to be without.

You may keep a connection to any Action Item from the ToolBox right in your DateBook by marking it on your Action Item screen. In addition you can track any number of things in your DateBook. You can set up a separate color for different kinds of activities. Thus, for example you can keep both your personal schedule and your work schedule in one place but only print out one or the other or both depending on your needs. You can view your calendar by day, week, month or year. You can set up recurring appointments all at once. For example, you might have a particular meeting on the first Tuesday of every month. You can set a year's worth of appointments like that all at once.

This just scratches the surface but I wanted you to know that everything you need is here for you!

Then there is the Ministry Advisor. It will help you with dozens of issues church leaders face every day. You can use the Ministry Advisor as a curriculum to teach your church leaders a great deal about life and ministry.

Personally, I think the Templates we supply in the ToolBox are extremely powerful planning tools. They go beyond the Projects. But we simply don't have time for that!
